Mark Christensen

Mark Christensen serves as a Senior Consulting Partner at Blanchard since January 2021, contributing to various leadership solutions including SLII, Leadership Point of View, and Coaching Essentials. Prior to this role, Mark founded Learning Point Group in June 1989, leveraging over three decades of experience working with diverse clients and teams. Earlier in Mark's career, positions included Manager of Management Development at PacifiCorp, where leadership and organizational development initiatives were spearheaded, and Organization Development Specialist at Tektronix, focusing on self-directed work teams. Mark's professional journey began as a Sales Manager at Eagle Marketing from 1982 to 1984. Academically, Mark holds an MBA in Business and Organizational Development from the University of Oregon and a BA in Organizational Communications from Brigham Young University.
