Michelle Shone, MSEL, CPC, ELI-MP, currently serves as the Director of Partner Solutions at Blanchard since April 2013. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager of Training and Readiness at GS1 US, where Michelle developed training programs for a contact center, and as Senior Manager of Channel Development at The Berry Company, focusing on programs for independent consultants and educational institutions. Michelle's career began as a Corporate Trainer at BellSouth, providing training and facilitation in sales and management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, alongside coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching.
