Tom Herbst

Tom Herbst brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience, currently serving as Sales Lead for the East Business Unit and Director of Client Solutions at Blanchard since January 2023. As a co-founder of Beakon Threat Intelligence + CEM in 2022 and principal at Herbst Consulting Group since 2010, Tom specializes in developing sales processes and training for early-stage companies. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at SNP Communications, where Tom achieved significant revenue growth and customer acquisition, and Director of Sales Enablement at Waggl, where Tom contributed to scaling the company significantly. Tom’s extensive experience includes positions at notable organizations like Nixle and KFMB-TV CBS 8, where Tom consistently exceeded sales targets and developed effective strategies for revenue growth.
