Tracy Webster

Tracy Webster is an accomplished Project Manager at Blanchard since September 2022, contributing to the organization’s mission of enhancing leadership and performance. Previously, Tracy held several key roles at LEGOLAND California Resort, including Resort Experience Manager and Events & Education Manager, from July 2019 to September 2022. As Event Director at Motivating the Masses, INC. from March 2017 to May 2019, Tracy managed various event logistics and vendor relations. Tracy served as Vice President of Business Development and Event Operations at Health Dimensions from March 2011 to March 2017, where responsibilities included client growth and on-site event management. Earlier experience includes event coordination at North Coast Church from August 2004 to March 2010, managing large-scale conferences and volunteer teams. Tracy's education includes communications, nursing, and a certification in corporate wellness from Chapman University.
