Brian G. Cole

Brian G. Cole, M.D. serves as the Medical Director at Blanchard Valley Health System's Caughman Health Center since September 2016 and holds a concurrent role as Medical Director and Adjunct Professor in the Physician Assistant Program at The University of Findlay. With experience as Interim Chief Medical Officer at The HealthCare Connection from May 2023 to September 2023, previously as Physician and Medical Director at Health Partners of Western Ohio from 2013 to 2016, and as Physician/Owner at Family Medical Associates from 1994 to 2013, Brian displays a robust background in healthcare leadership and clinical practice. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Zoology with a Pre-Medicine concentration from The Ohio State University, completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at Community Hospitals Indianapolis, and obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toledo, formerly Medical College of Ohio.
