Mark Lichtle

Mark Lichtle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark started their career as a Telecommunications Manager at Bluffton University in 2002 and later transitioned to the position of IT Coordinator at Mennonite Mutual Aid Society in 2002. From 2006 to 2013, they served as the Director of Youth Ministry and IT Specialist at St. Paul's Church, where they managed various responsibilities, including youth programs, database maintenance, and IT infrastructure. In 2013, Mark joined Blanchard Valley Health System, initially working as a Patient Data System Analyst before being promoted to Revenue Cycle Systems and Analytics Manager. Mark currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Cycle Systems and Analytics at the same organization.

Mark Lichtle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bluffton University, completing their education between 1999 and 2003.
