Victoria Wale

Victoria Wale is an experienced professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Sales at Blanco Niño since January 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing Grocery, Wholesale, and Convenience sectors for a premium Mexican food brand. Previously, Wale held the position of Head of Activations at Candy Kittens, leading brand plans and consumer activations from September 2022 to January 2025. Wale also served as the Global Brand Manager for Biotiful Dairy Ltd, managing the UK’s top kefir brand, and as the Nakd Brand Manager for Nakd Fruit & Nut Bars, a leading healthy cereal bar brand. Earlier experience includes a role as a Global Brand Executive at Myprotein under THG and an industrial placement in sales and marketing at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. Wale earned a BSc in International Business from Loughborough University between 2013 and 2017.
