Darren Slydell currently serves as the Director of Operations at BLANCO UK, a role initiated in April 2022, focused on aligning local operations with the international BLANCO strategy and ensuring collaboration with Group Logistics and Supply Chain protocols. Prior to this, Darren held the position of Head of Operations–UK (Interim) at the same company. From June 2006 to April 2022, Darren was the Head of Commercial Operations UK & Ireland for De'Longhi Group, leading a team of 40 and reporting to the Managing Director, while also managing significant supply chain and customer service operations. Earlier experience includes roles as UK & Ireland Supply Chain & Operations Manager and UK Commercial Manager at Kenwood Limited from September 1999 to June 2006.
