Claire Billet

Claire Billet currently serves as the Head of Compliance at Blank since May 2025, following a role as Compliance Manager at Memo Bank from November 2021 to May 2025. In this position, Claire managed various compliance and internal control matters, including documentation, regulatory monitoring, AML compliance, team training, and product development collaboration. Claire's extensive experience in regulatory compliance spans from May 2009 to October 2021 at Groupe Crédit du Nord, where responsibilities included regulatory risk management, compliance remediation, and client portfolio management. Claire's career began at Fortis, where roles included Enterprise Account Manager. Claire holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from IAE Paris-Est and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota, alongside an earlier Master’s from IAE Caen in Management and Finance.
