Abby Moriarty

Abby Moriarty has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Abby is currently the Director of Communications at Blank Rome LLP, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing & Public Relations Director at Builden Partners from October 2022 to July 2023.

Abby has extensive experience in client management and strategic planning as they served as the Vice President at Greentarget Global Group from October 2013 to September 2022. Abby also worked as the External Communications Manager at Jenner & Block from January 2013 to September 2013, where they focused on developing and executing strategic plans for external communication and managing marquee award submissions.

Earlier in their career, Abby worked at Navigant Consulting as a Senior Coordinator, Marketing, from March 2011 to December 2012, and at McDermott Will and Emery as a Media Relations Coordinator from May 2007 to March 2011. Abby started their professional journey as a Media Relations Intern at The Arthritis Foundation, Greater Chicago Chapter from September 2006 to May 2007, where they were involved in proactive PR efforts and press release drafting.

Abby Moriarty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from Loyola University Chicago from 2003 to 2007. Abby then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising at DePaul University from 2008 to 2010.
