Alexis Bornstein

Alexis Bornstein, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in talent management and diversity and inclusion. Alexis is currently the Director of Talent at Blank Rome LLP since March 2022. Prior to this, Alexis held the same position at Robins Kaplan LLP from November 2020 to March 2022. Alexis also served as the Legal Talent Manager at Robins Kaplan LLP from May 2019 to November 2020. Before their time at Robins Kaplan LLP, Alexis worked at Piper Jaffray as a Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner from March 2019 to May 2019, and as a Diversity and Inclusion Associate from October 2017 to March 2019. Alexis started their career at Robins Kaplan LLP as a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator from April 2016 to October 2017. Alexis also worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as a Division Recruiting Coordinator from October 2015 to April 2016, and as an Administrative Assistant from May 2015 to October 2015.

Alexis Bornstein, SHRM-SCP, holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational and Professional Communication from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Alexis has also completed an Executive Master's program in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the SHRM institution.
