Rachel Budgar possesses a robust background in legal recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Partner Recruiting at Blank Rome LLP since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, including Lateral Attorney Recruiting Manager and Lateral Attorney Recruiting Coordinator from March 2008 to August 2016. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as a Paralegal at Williams & Connolly LLP from 2005 to 2008. Rachel is an alumnus of Lehigh University.
