Paola Han

Paola Han has a diverse work experience in the field of design and architecture. Paola is currently working as the Global Design Director at Blank Street since July 2022. Previously, they held the role of Design Manager at the same company from April 2022 to July 2022.

Prior to joining Blank Street, Paola worked at Gensler as a Senior Interior Designer from September 2021 to April 2022.

Paola also has extensive experience at WeWork, where they held various positions including Creative Director, Interior Designer Manager, and Senior Interior Designer. As a Creative Director, they were responsible for implementing regional designs aligned with the global design direction and leading initiatives at the product development level to innovate and improve the design process on a global scale.

Before WeWork, Paola worked at Büro Ole Scheeren as a Senior Interior Designer/Architect, leading the interior design of luxury residential towers and participating in the development of a new F&B concept.

Paola started their career at Sopa Arquitetura, where they founded and served as the Design Director. Paola managed and led residential, workplace, and hospitality projects, ensuring they met design and financial requirements.

Prior to that, they worked as an Architect/Interior Designer Manager at Debora Aguiar Arquitetos and as an Architect at Palmer + Gavazzi. Paola began their career as a Trainee at Cassia Cavani Arquitetura and Prefeitura de São Paulo.

Paola Han's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled in Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Paola completed their studies in Architecture and Urban Planning at this institution in 2007. After that, Paola attended Columbia University, where they pursued further studies in Architecture until 2010.
