Alex Beale

Alex Beale is a seasoned professional in design and strategy, currently serving as Global Design Director at International Workplace Group plc since May 2023. Prior to this, Alex held various strategic roles at Landsec, including Director of Strategy & Proposition and Strategy Manager from November 2017 to May 2023. Additionally, Alex contributed as Chair of the CPA NextGen Committee during a tenure at the London Property Alliance from April 2021 to March 2022. Alex began a career in real estate consulting at Deloitte UK as an Assistant Manager from September 2014 to November 2017. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Nottingham, a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University, and a short course completion from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
