Carlos Monge Bonilla

Carlos Monge Bonilla is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI and graphic design. Serving as Director of UX Design at Blankfactor since September 2019, Carlos oversees product vision and enhances the product development process while leading a team focused on innovative design solutions. Prior roles include UI/UX Designer at Toptal, where Carlos created user flows and prototypes, and Art Director at Wear Interactive, responsible for graphic development and client relationships. Earlier experience includes Creative Design Lead at Accenture and various positions at avVenta Worldwide and Datascension Inc., complemented by a Bachelor's in Graphic Design from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Technical degree in Web Design from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
