Matthew Rich is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in industrial automation and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Controls Engineer at BlastOne International since January 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Industrial Automation Engineer at Energy Vault from January 2023 to December 2023. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Software Engineer at LSP Technologies, Inc. from July 2019 to January 2023, and at Xigent Automation Systems, Inc. from May 2018 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software/Electrical Engineer at Honda Engineering North America, Inc. from August 2015 to February 2018, and several co-op positions at Diebold Nixdorf between 2012 and 2013. Matthew Rich earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and Computer Science and Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo from 2010 to 2015.
