Sarah Berkholtz

Sarah Berkholtz, PHR, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Compliance Manager at Blattner since October 2024. Previously, Sarah held various roles at Koch Companies, including Assistant Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities involved strategic partnership across multiple HR functions for a nationwide organization with 1,500 employees. Prior to Koch, Sarah worked as an HR Generalist at the Oklahoma Arthritis Center, overseeing the entire employee life cycle and contributing to the leadership team. Early career experience includes roles at Hertz, advancing through positions from HR ECC Representative to Associate HR Business Partner, focusing on HR service delivery and team management. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.
