Douglas Rodrigues has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Douglas most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Blau Farmacêutica, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were the CFO Latam at Logicalis Latam from January 2022 to August 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they were the CFO LATAM at Blau Farmacêutica, where they were responsible for finance, administrative, and investor relations. Rodrigues played a key role in preparing and successfully executing the initial public offering (IPO) of the company.

Douglas Rodrigues has a diverse education history with a focus on finance and business. In 1994, they earned their Executive Finance MBA, Post Graduate degree, and Graduate degree in Finance & Business Accounting and Accounting from Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas e Administrativas de Osasco. Douglas continued their education in 1999, completing a Post Graduate degree in Finance Accounting from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. In 2006, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in Controllership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2009, they obtained an MBA in Finance Executive from Ibmec. In 2017, they attended The Wharton School, studying Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Finance, General. In 2021, they briefly studied at the University of Chicago and Fundação Dom Cabral.
