Ranielle Lavall

Ranielle Lavall is an accomplished HR Generalist with extensive experience in human resources management across several prestigious companies. Currently serving as HRBP Focal at Blau Farmacêutica since June 2021, responsibilities include recruitment and selection, onboarding, personnel administration, performance management, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Ranielle worked at Laboratório Teuto, where duties focused on optimizing the selection process and enhancing candidate engagement, alongside prior positions at GPA, Proguarda Vigilância e Segurança, and Metal Light that encompassed recruitment, training, and employee management. Ranielle holds a psychology degree from UNIALFA, an MBA in People Management and Coaching from IPOG, and is currently pursuing a degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at IPOG, alongside further education in Quantum Assessment related to behavioral trends.
