Matthew Arey

Matthew Arey has extensive experience in the HVAC industry and agriculture. Currently serving as an HVAC commissioning and start-up technician at Blauch Brothers, Inc. since November 2024, Matthew also operates SanctuAREY Farms, a crop, beef, and poultry farm, since May 2018. Previous roles include Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician at Mathers Construction Team, Special Projects Manager at Riddleberger Brothers, Inc., and Special Projects HVAC technician/installer at Riddleberger. Matthew began a farming career at Ore Banks Farm which lasted nearly three decades. Matthew holds degrees in HVAC from Valley Vocational Technical School and agricultural honors from Fort Defiance High School. Additionally, Matthew is certified as a Master HVAC technician and Backflow Device Tester in Virginia and West Virginia, as well as a Master LP & Natural Gas Fitter and Fire Protection/Damper Technician.
