Scott Mangino

Scott Mangino has a diverse work experience in product management and leadership roles. Scott is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product at Blavity Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Product Management at Jobcase, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, where they led product management and strategy for employer-facing and employer-related consumer products. Scott also successfully led the design and launch of the Jobcase Employer Center platform. Before that, they were the Head of Product at Rah Rah from 2019 to 2021, where they developed a product strategy and facilitated the product development process. Scott also worked at Workday as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager from 2017 to 2019, where they led product management for digital credentials and a student information system. Scott played a key role in growing the team and advocating for the product. Prior to that, they worked at StarRez, Inc. as a Product Manager and Project Manager/Consultant from 2012 to 2017, where they helped create a new product development process and successfully implemented and improved housing management solutions for higher education institutions.

Scott Mangino has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Iona University.
