Tiara Chesmer-Williams

Tiara Chesmer-Williams currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Moët Hennessy since March 2022. Additionally, Tiara is an Advisor for Blavity Inc. since April 2024 and has been the Chair of the DISCUS DEI Committee at the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States since September 2023. Tiara also manages Strategic Partnerships at Politiscope, a non-partisan political engagement tool, and holds the position of President & CEO at True Dwellings since September 2017. Previously, Tiara was the Vice President and Diversity Officer at Morgan Stanley from May 2016 to February 2022 and worked as a Senior Financial Manager at both PJT Partners and Blackstone. Tiara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from New York University and a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
