Abhisek Tibrewal

Abhisek Tibrewal is the VP of Finance at Blavity. Prior to joining Blavity, they were the Director of Finance at Circle Media Inc. from May 2018 to June 2019. At Circle Media, Abhisek was responsible for building and presenting the financial model to potential investors, helping close the Series B funding round. Abhisek also created and managed a weekly and monthly cash flow forecast model, and was responsible for the monthly cycle and accuracy of the financial statements. In addition, they provided financial insight as part of the Go-to-market planning and execution team before product launch. Supervising the accounting team and overseeing other administrative functions of Office, HR, Legal and IT.

Abhisek Tibrewal received their MBA from Willamette University with a concentration in finance and accounting. Abhisek also holds a CPA designation from the Colorado Board of Accountancy and is a member of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. Abhisek began their career in finance and accounting at the University of Calcutta, where they earned their BBA with honors.
