Michael Vigen

Michael Vigen currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Blaze Credit Union, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Vigen spent over a decade at Sleep Number Corporation, culminating in a position as Senior Manager of Learning Experience & Operations, where responsibilities included leading an enterprise-wide center of excellence team for learning strategy and innovating training solutions. Vigen also has extensive experience at Best Buy in various leadership roles, significantly contributing to employee communications and training for the Geek Squad division. With a background in managing training initiatives across multiple sectors, Vigen has a solid foundation in technical communication, evidenced by early roles at Lifetouch and Medtronic. Vigen holds both a Master of Science in Scientific and Technical Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Minnesota.
