Alvaro Burga has a solid work experience in project management and leadership roles. Alvaro is currently working as a Project Manager - Scrum Master at Blaze, leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring successful outcomes. Alvaro effectively communicates with clients and developers to address issues and maintain a harmonious working relationship. Previously, Alvaro served as the CEO & Founder of SUIT, where they managed project teams, developed client relationships, and delivered high-quality results within project timelines and budget constraints. Alvaro also gained experience as an IT Manager at Compass Group Asset Management, where they assembled scrum teams, facilitated communication with the executive team, and led technology selection and implementation. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Directv Perú, maintaining communication and coordination with various business areas, developing project management roadmaps, and proactively resolving issues. Alvaro Burga's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at CIBERTEC to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science. Alvaro successfully completed this program in 2004. In 2006, they attended CIBERTEC once again, this time completing a Diplomatura in Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. Finally, in 2013, Alvaro Burga attended the BSG Institute to obtain a Diplomatura in Project Management.
