Alex Batio is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Company Restaurant Operations at Blaze Pizza, LLC since June 2022, Alex previously held the position of Sr. Vice President of Operations at Pinkbox Doughnuts from February 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included building operational infrastructure and facilitating business growth. Prior to that, Alex spent over a decade at Smashburger, ultimately holding the role of Vice President of Operations, overseeing 300 locations with substantial annual revenue, while also serving as Regional Director of Operations and Area Manager, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence across multiple markets.
