Jessica MacPherson Oam

Jessica Macpherson OAM is the founder of Blaze Your Trail, a social enterprise that supports individuals from refugee and migrant backgrounds in finding secure and rewarding employment. Prior to this, Jessica served as CEO for Eureka Mums, Geelong Mums, and St Kilda Mums, where Jessica played a key role in supporting families in need. With a background in sales and marketing, Jessica has also held management positions at Jackson Estate, Oyster Bay Wines, and Montana Wines. Jessica holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from The University of Auckland.
