Bibianna Cha

Bibianna Cha has over 15 years of experience in the engineering field. Bibianna began their career in 2006 as a Quality Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Physio Control. In 2011, they became a Research Scientist at the University of Washington. In 2012, they joined MicroSurgical Technology as a Senior Product Engineer, then Manager of Advanced Product Development, and finally Director of Engineering Programs. In 2020, they joined Philips as a Technical Project Manager and Panorama Solutions, LLC as a Principal. In 2021, they became a Senior Engineer at NanoString Technologies, Inc. and in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Director of Device Product Development at Blaze Bioscience.

Bibianna Cha obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in September 2013.
