Damon M.

Damon M. has a wealth of experience in the Quality Assurance field, having worked in various roles since 1997. Damon began their career at Pfizer as a Manager of Quality Control, where they managed the Quality Control testing laboratory responsible for daily laboratory activities supporting product release, stability and R&D testing for contract manufactured products. Damon then moved to Medtronic in 2003, where they held the role of Manager of Quality Engineering for 9 years. During this time, they led functional/mechanical test method development and validation for coronary, peripheral and renal denervation products. In 2013, Damon M. joined BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. as a Senior Quality Manager, responsible for Quality Assurance Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) for all Clinical and Commercial Biologics programs. Damon then moved to Direct Flow Medical in 2015, where they held the role of Senior Director of Quality, responsible for Quality Engineering activities supporting new product development, clinical and commercial manufacturing. Finally, in 2021, they joined Blaze Bioscience as Senior Director of Quality.

Damon M. attended Central Michigan University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
