Eric Gaudette has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at BLAZING ONION since June 2019. Prior to this position, Eric held managerial roles at Hops N Drops and Blue C Sushi, where responsibilities included overall management and operational oversight. Eric also worked as Assistant Food Beverage Manager at Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course and was a Bar Supervisor at BLAZING ONION from September 2012 to August 2015. In addition to practical experience, Eric completed education at Tacoma Community College in 2015.
