Shannon Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at BLDD Architects since June 2019, Shannon has previously held the position of Director of Operations at KidSmart - Tools for Learning from June 2017 to May 2019. Shannon's career at The Limited spanned over a decade, where several roles were fulfilled including General Manager and Events Leader, Assistant Manager, Sales Lead, and Sales Associate. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Millikin University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
