Colin Riley

Colin Riley serves as an Associate on the Investment Team for BMC. Mr. Riley is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, evaluating development opportunities, and managing a portion of the firm’s multifamily portfolio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of California, Irvine. Colin joined the company in 2021 and brings over 7 years of experience in finance. Prior to BMC, he worked at TruAmerica Multifamily as a Lead Analyst.
