Ken Leeds serves as a Senior Vice President of Construction for BMC. Throughout his forty-plus year career, Mr. Leeds has overseen the construction of assets valued at more than $1 Billion. Prior to joining the BMC team in 2016, Ken was the General Superintendent for PCL Construction from 2013 to 2016 overseeing the construction of multiple residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. Recent notable projects for Ken include: University of Colorado Hospital at Anschutz, The Leprino Building at Anschutz, Lion at Vail – mixed-use condo development and Moto a mixed-use multi-family development. His resume includes various co-location facilities, education and administration buildings, high-rise office projects and multiple healthcare facilities. Born in New York, NY, raised in Reno, NV and a former linebacker for Boise State Ken is comfortable with tackling projects on and off of the construction site.
