Helen Sydorenko

Helen Sydorenko is a legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Helen serves as Co-Founder of We Are Blend Ltd, an innovative company offering AI-enabled video-first onboarding solutions for the deskless workforce. Prior to this position, Helen was an Entrepreneur at Antler and a Bubble developer at Tribe.xyz. Helen also co-founded and served as CEO at Greenbin, where responsibilities included business development, fundraising, and product management. Previous legal experience includes roles as Head of the Legal Department at UMWELT Ukraine LLC, focusing on corporate, contract, labor, and environmental law, and as a Lawyer at REMONDIS-Gruppe, specializing in contract and corporate law as well as waste management. Helen holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
