Noa Menko

Noa Menko has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Noa began their career in 2001 as an HRBP at TowerJazz. In 2006, they became the HR Manager for the Technical and Logistic Departments for yes. From 2011 to 2013, they were self-employed. In 2013, they became the HR and Welfare Manager at Bynet Data Communications. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of HR at Kenes Group. Most recently, in 2021, they became the VP HR at BLEND Localization.

Noa Menko obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Ono Academic College in 2003, majoring in Human Resources Management/Organisational consultant. Noa completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA from the University of Haifa in 1998, majoring in Sociology and H.R. In 2009, they obtained a Certification from Sdot israel, specializing in Coaching.
