Jake Schloetter

Jake Schloetter currently serves as the Head of Corporate FP&A at Blend, a role commenced in November 2024. Prior to this, Jake held various positions at LendingClub from May 2019 to November 2024, including FP&A Director, Sr. FP&A Manager, and FP&A Manager, where significant contributions included developing a flexible three-statement model for scenario planning during the Covid crisis and working on the Radius deal to enhance executive decision-making. Jake began their career at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, advancing through roles such as Senior Venture Capital & Business Valuation Analyst and Audit and Assurance Senior Associate, where expertise was gained in complex technical accounting and business valuation. Education was attained at the University of San Diego with both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, complemented by experience as a Tax Intern at CEA, LLP and as a ranch hand at Spalleta Dairy.
