Mauricio Chávez

Mauricio Chávez is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in back-end and full-stack development. Currently at Blend as a Software Engineer (IC3) since April 2024, Mauricio also serves as a Tech Instructor at Bedu, training students in technologies such as Django, Python, and JavaScript. Previous positions include Back-End Engineer roles at Eden and Cornershop by Uber, where Mauricio contributed to developing quality features using Django and Postgres. At Uber, responsibilities transitioned after the acquisition of Cornershop. Additional experience includes roles as a Full-Stack Engineer at Artificial Nerds and Eterna Digital, focusing on core feature implementation and project maintenance with various technologies. Mauricio is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at UTEL Universidad, with an expected graduation in June 2025.
