Pierre Chayeb

Pierre Chayeb, CPA, MBA, serves as the SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead at Blend since November 2022. Prior to this position, Pierre held the role of Technical Accounting Manager at DocuSign, where responsibilities included the oversight of MD&A sections and financial statement notes for 10-K and 10-Q filings and the refinement of global accounting policies. As Director at Paradigm Advisory, Pierre addressed complex technical accounting issues, ensuring compliance with standards such as CECL and stock compensation. At EY, Pierre managed technical accounting oversight and led conversions from IFRS to US GAAP, while also directing audit strategies and risk assessments as Audit Senior. Earlier experience includes a role as Financial Reporting Manager at Space and an audit internship at PwC. Pierre holds an MBA from the John Molson School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
