Zhe Dong

Zhe Dong is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leading teams and developing critical technology platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Blend since August 2020, Zhe has successfully built and managed the Core Platform and Data Team, focusing on critical services that support mortgage and consumer banking during the company's growth phase. Prior to Blend, Zhe held a similar role at Lending Club, where management of multiple engineering teams led to significant advancements in credit and fraud decision platforms. Zhe's earlier experience includes a Senior Associate position at MSCI Inc., where leadership of a dynamic team contributed to benchmark risk estimation tools, as well as roles at Wells Fargo, Accenture, CSC, and Nortel Networks, where Zhe developed various software solutions across industries.
