Nickolas Mertens, MS, is an experienced professional who has held various roles in data science, research, and coordination. With a background in psychology and anthropology, Nickolas has worked at a research hospital, academic institutions, and private companies. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Blend, Nickolas has also held positions such as Data Science Team Lead at ForceMetrics and Research Scientist at The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.
