Dr. Gal Aviv

Dr. Gal Aviv has had two significant work experiences. Dr. Gal served as the CEO of BLender | Loans Between People since March 2013. BLender is a global e-lending platform that offers cross-border lending services. The company's goal is to become a widely used global consumer lending channel, allowing people worldwide to apply for loans through a single mobile app.

Prior to that, Dr. Gal Aviv was the CEO of Aviv Technology Development Ltd., a niche firm with a strong technological background. The company focuses on incubating and growing startups, providing strong support and partnerships to help them excel and become mature entities. Dr. Gal Aviv held this position at Aviv Technology Development from an unspecified start date in 2005.

Dr. Gal Aviv completed their education with a Ph.D in Nano Physics (Ultracold Atoms) from the University of Nottingham, from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a M.Sc in Nano Physics and Electro Optics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, from 2007 to 2009. Dr. Gal began their academic journey by completing a B.Sc in Physics and Electro Optics with honors (cum laude) at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, from 2003 to 2006.
