Ivan Long

Ivan Long has a diverse work experience that spans several decades. Ivan most recently worked at BlendJet® as the Director of Operations starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they were at Canadian Solar Inc. for five years, where they held the position of Order Management & Operations Manager. During their time there, they managed the Inside Sales Department and Planning/Allocations Department, overseeing sales totaling over 4.4 GW/$1.7 billion for the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Before joining Canadian Solar Inc., Ivan worked at LeapFrog in various roles. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Sales Service Manager, leading a team of nine and processing over $300 million in sales annually for the United States, Canada, and Latin America. From 1999 to 2011, they held multiple roles at LeapFrog, including Sales Service Systems Admin/Sales Service Supervisor, Sales Service Systems Admin Supervisor, Sales Service Systems Admin, and Sales Service-Key Accounts. In these positions, they managed sales teams, oversaw order processing, and handled system-related issues using EDI, Oracle systems, and in-house deal sheet systems.

Earlier in their career, Ivan worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as a Receiving Manager in 1998. Overall, Ivan Long has demonstrated a strong background in operations, sales management, and system administration throughout their career.

Ivan Long earned a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Ivan also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2019.
