Whitney Watson, MEd, is the founder of PivotPoint Learning & Consulting and Black Girl S.P.A., with a robust background in education, leadership development, and community engagement spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Strategy and Development at blendVET®, Whitney is dedicated to designing impactful programs and advocating for data-driven learning. Their experience includes roles at North Carolina State University and Vidant Health, where they focused on community transformation and professional development. Whitney is also a published author and actively mentors individuals to unlock their potential through personalized coaching and leadership training.
