Tejaswi Damaraju

Tejaswi Damaraju currently serves as Chief of Staff at Blenheim Chalcot India since April 2024. Previously, Tejaswi was the Program Director and a founding member of Weaveroo, overseeing the business operations, team management, and financial performance from December 2020 to March 2023. Tejaswi also contributed significantly to Livspace.com as City General Manager, tripling business growth during a 21-month tenure. Earlier roles include being a founding team member at Organo, where Tejaswi conceptualized a $41 million housing project, and founding Pencil Strikes, focusing on sustainable housing designs. Tejaswi's career began as an architect at BCIL and COSTFORD following a comprehensive education in business strategy and architecture from Indian School of Business and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, respectively.
