Adrian Chaisson

Adrian Chaisson serves as the Chief of Staff at Genetix Biotherapeutics since June 2025, following a tenure at Be Biopharma from March 2021 to June 2025 as Vice President of Program Leadership. At Be Biopharma, Adrian was the Program Lead for BE-102, an autologous B cell therapy, overseeing its development strategy and operations. Previous roles include Senior Director positions at Be Biopharma, where Adrian established the Program & Project Management function, and at FerGene, where responsibilities included leading the global program for ADSTILADRIN, a gene therapy for bladder cancer. Experience also encompasses positions at bluebird bio, Slalom, and Public Consulting Group, contributing to program management, patient operations, and strategic advisory. Adrian holds an M.B.A. from Clark University and completed HMX Fundamentals in Immunology at Harvard Medical School in 2024.
