Michael Sanchez

Michael Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently a Manufacturing Engineer at Blentech Corporation, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Michael worked at ITT Corporation for a significant duration, starting in August 2006 and continuing until April 2023. During their time at ITT Corporation, Michael held the roles of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Manufacturing Engineer. In these roles, they successfully managed various projects, coordinated site-wide continuous improvement efforts, and provided manufacturing support. Before joining ITT Corporation, Michael worked as a Process Development Engineer at Boston Scientific from November 2005 to June 2006. In this role, they focused on developing automated micro-abrasive blasting processes and collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering. In addition, Michael has also held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Rheodyne, LLC from October 2002 to November 2005. Here, they provided support to various process areas and led projects for the release of new products. Lastly, Michael's earliest work experience was as a Process Development Engineer at Komag Material Technology from July 1997 to June 2002. In this role, they developed processes and equipment for memory substrate manufacturing and played a role in the design and implementation of innovative tools and fixtures.

Michael Sanchez completed a Project Management Course at the Sonoma State University School of Extended and International Education in the year 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico, graduating in the year 1997.
