Jill Stroot has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with their most recent position being the Director of Patient Access at Blessing Hospital since July 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Parkview Health as the Patient Registration Manager for ten years.

Jill Stroot obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from William Woods University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2004, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
