Kelsey Cobb

Kelsey Cobb currently serves as the Director of Patient Access at Samaritan Medical Center since October 2025. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at St. Lawrence Health from November 2017 to October 2025, including Director of Primary Care, Pediatrics and Communication Center, Assistant Director of Patient Access, Operations Manager, and Practice Manager overseeing various medical specialties. Prior to that, Kelsey held the position of Practice Manager at Potsdam Primary Care and Pulmonary Services and served as a Practice Coordinator at St. Lawrence Health Alliance from August 2015 to November 2017. Kelsey Cobb's educational background includes a Master of Health Administration from Utica University, a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management from SUNY Canton, and a degree in History/Secondary Education from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
