Katherine Williams

Katherine Williams has a diverse work experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. Katherine currently serves as the Director of Blessing Surgery Center at Blessing Health System, where they monitor performance indicators and implements strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Prior to this role, Katherine was the Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager at Passavant Area Hospital, where they participated in annual planning and developed goals aligned with the strategic plan. Katherine also worked as the Clinic Nurse Manager and Supervisor of Clinical Services at Memorial Health System, where they implemented strategies for improved patient care and analyzed financial data to reduce costs. Katherine's experience also includes roles as an Operating Room Registered Nurse and Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse at various healthcare facilities. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse (Travel) at Supplemental Health Care and held roles outside of the healthcare field, including Guest Representative at West County Health & Fitness Center and Revenue Accountant at Charter Communications.

Katherine Williams, MHA, BSN, RN, BS has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Quincy University, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Katherine then pursued a BSN at Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Recently, Katherine has been studying for a Master of Healthcare Administration at William Woods University, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023. Additionally, they obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the State of Illinois in May 2022.
