Rebecca Koetters

Rebecca Koetters currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at SERVPRO since September 2023. With a robust background in talent management, Rebecca has held various roles at Blessing Health from March 2015, including Talent Management Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Human Resources Recruiter. Additionally, Rebecca has been an Adjunct Instructor at Hannibal-LaGrange University since 2019 and worked as a Registered Nurse Recruiter at Prime Time Healthcare from May to September 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an Adult/Child Counselor at QUANADA from March 2010 to September 2014. Rebecca Koetters is pursuing a Master's Degree in Arts in Leadership at Hannibal LaGrange University, building on a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice earned from the same institution between 2002 and 2006.
